Job summary

Soft2Bet, a leading iGaming operator, seeks a Head of VIP to design and lead a data-driven VIP program across multiple markets from its Fort Lee, NJ operations. You will shape strategy, oversee performance KPIs, and drive an exceptional player experience with regulatory compliance.

You will lead an international team, collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Payments and Compliance, and implement segmentation and loyalty programs to maximize lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Head of VIP, Senior VIP, or Team Lead role within iGaming or online entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the VIP team to deliver best-in-class service.
• Design and execute the global VIP strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Oversee VIP operations across multiple regulated markets and monitor KPIs.
• Build relationships with top-tier players to foster loyalty and value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Payments and Compliance to deliver a compliant VIP journey.
• Implement segmentation, loyalty, and rewards to enhance player lifetime value.
