You will join the gaming CRM team, shaping strategic roadmaps, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance.

Deep knowledge of the online gaming market and strong data skills are essential to grow revenue and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRM or marketing role preferred.
• Deep understanding of the online gaming industry and CRM promotions.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from raw data.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (Optimove) and/or Execution Platforms (Braze).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and management of customer promotions and loyalty offers.
• Manage CRM workflows from briefing to delivery with cross-department collaboration.
• Promote a data-driven culture with test-and-learn approaches (A/B, MVT).
• Define localized CRM strategies and track campaign KPIs.
