Menominee Casino Resort is seeking a Casino Host to build and maintain premium guest relationships, coordinate reservations, and support events. A strong background in hospitality and guest services is essential, with knowledge of player tracking systems and a flexible work schedule.
Qualifications include an associate degree in marketing or related field and at least five years of casino host or guest service experience.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in marketing or related field.
- Five years of casino host or guest service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of guest tracking systems (BI, Bally’s, Kiosk).
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
Responsabilités
- Act as a resource to guests and employees about facilities, events, and promotions.
- Develop and sustain quality relationships with guests through personal contact.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in communications and guest accounts.
- Achieve performance targets for guest segments and revenue growth.
- Assist guests with hotel, restaurant or casino reservations.
- Prepare reports and assist in events and promotions.
- Attend department meetings and support guest feedback tracking.
