Job summary

PENN Entertainment seeks a capable Casino Guest Services professional to build relationships with guests, manage data in CMS, and support high-value players through the guest services program.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
• A minimum of 1 year of Casino Guest Service experience.
• Must have ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships through e-mail, telemarketing, direct contact, and enhanced guest service.
• Utilize Sales Force (CMS) tracking for all player contacts and tasks; review metrics with Manager of Player Development.
• Establish communication with service departments to care for high-value players and monitor activity.
