Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Executive Casino Host to deliver exceptional service to our high-value guests and VIPs. You will develop and maintain relationships, ensuring memorable experiences at the resort.

In this role you'll coordinate VIP events, manage guest databases, collaborate with marketing and operations, and provide regular reporting on guest activity and opportunities. A strong track record in luxury hospitality and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum of six years of experience as an Executive Host, Casino Host, or in guest services at a luxury resort.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment on significant matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-value guests.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for high-value guests and VIPs, ensuring exceptional service.
Develop and maintain relationships to understand and meet guest needs.
Coordinate and manage VIP events and promotions, including transportation and accommodations.
Provide regular reports on guest activity, trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, F&B, and gaming to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain confidentiality of guest and internal information.
