Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas seeks a friendly Concierge to deliver personalized service and expert recommendations for guests. You will arrange reservations, transportation, and exclusive experiences to create memorable stays.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends in a fast-paced luxury setting. Familiarity with concierge systems and local attractions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six months' experience in Concierge/Front Desk/Guest Services in a luxury resort.
• Les Clefs d’Or membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and warmly welcome guests throughout their stay.
• Act as the main point of contact, providing personalized assistance and prompt responses.
• Proactively identify guest needs and recommend additional services to enhance experience and revenue.
• Know resort features, hours, outlets, and on-property activities to guide guests.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, tours, and tickets according to guest preferences.
• Coordinate airport transfers, chauffeurs, spa appointments, and other guest requests.
• Maintain an organized concierge desk with informational materials and local guides.
• Assist with planning celebrations and special occasions for guests.
• Ensure guest safety and report any issues to management.
• Build relationships with external partners (tours, restaurants, venues).
• Assist with administrative duties and reporting as needed.
