Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Conference Concierge to serve as the main point of contact for attendees and guests at conferences. You will provide exceptional service, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure smooth execution of conference activities.

Strong organization and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with schedules, venue setups, dining and transportation arrangements, and VIP support, contributing to a memorable attendee

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or guest relations roles, preferably in events or hospitality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with diverse groups.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Welcome attendees with a warm, professional first contact.
Provide personalized assistance and information to guests promptly.
Coordinate with departments to facilitate communication and problem-solving.
Assist planners to understand the schedule and arrange materials and documentation.
Ensure rooms and AV setups are ready and available for sessions and events.
Maintain knowledge of schedule, speakers, sessions, and events to assist attendees.
