Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Conference Concierge to be the primary contact for conference attendees, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth execution of all conference activities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or guest relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of conference logistics and hospitality practices is a plus.
• Proficient with registration, communication, and guest management software.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcome attendees and provide a warm, professional first contact.
• Offer personalized assistance and promptly address inquiries.
• Liaise between participants and departments to facilitate communication.
• Collaborate with event planners to understand schedule and requirements.
• Organize conference materials, registration packets and documentation.
• Ensure spaces are set up, including meeting rooms and A/V equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of schedule, speakers and sessions.
• Provide attendees with information on activities, dining, transport.
• Arrange reservations at local restaurants, transport, or entertainment.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally.
• Anticipate problems and proactively find solutions for guest satisfaction.
• Identify VIPs and provide personalized attention and support.
• Coordinate VIP amenities, meet-and-greet, and special requirements.
• Assist in organizing networking events and social gatherings.
• Ensure social functions run smoothly and create a positive atmosphere.
• Collect feedback and help compile post-conference reports.
• Collaborate with events team for future event recommendations.
• Temporary or permanent duties may be added or modified as needed.
