Job summary

The position requires familiarity with concierge systems and ability to build relationships with partners to enhance guest experiences across dining, entertainment, and tours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or related field.
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in Concierge, Front Desk, or Guest Services for a large-scale, luxury resort preferred
• Les Clefs d’Or membership preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and warmly welcome guests.
• Act as main contact for guests, providing personalized assistance and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Proactively identify guests' needs and recommend additional services and amenities to maximize revenue and enhance experience.
• Be well versed in resort features, hours, and on-property activities; promote offerings to guests.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, spa appointments, tours, and other guest requests for seamless arrangements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or related field

6 months Concierge/Front Desk/Guest Services experience

Les Clefs d’Or membership preferred
