Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• One year of related experience in automotive service.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ASE certifications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Assist service writers by educating customers about vehicle conditions after MPI inspection.
• Work at counter or in shop to fulfill duties per VIP standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures and training.
