Job summary

Wynn Resorts, Limited in Las Vegas is seeking a Villa Services Coordinator to deliver highly personalized service to VIP guests. You will anticipate needs, coordinate with Butlers, hosts, drivers, and departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities include handling calls, arranging dining and spa reservations, and maintaining guest profiles with preferences, while upholding Wynn standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage experience preferred and Micros training.
• Concierge knowledge and VIP Services familiarity a plus.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Willingness to work beyond a standard 8-hour day and flexible schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Engage guests in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality.
• Must be 21+ and able to perform all essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming Villa Services calls promptly and professionally.
• Delegate and follow up on Butler tasks and coordinate with supervision.
• Take food & beverage orders and place with restaurant outlets or Micros.
• Coordinate with departments to arrange reservations and guest amenities.
• Maintain guest profiles with preferences and update occupancy logs.
• Ensure in-room amenities are set up before guest arrival.
• Coordinate transportation and off-property guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and participate in required meetings.
