Universal Processing is seeking a Business Development Associate for an onsite five-day workweek. You will be the brand ambassador, introducing our business solutions to clients, gathering leads, and driving new business opportunities.

The role starts with a base hourly rate during probation and progresses with increased pay as you establish performance. You will engage with small to mid-sized businesses, input data into our systems, and work toward meeting sales targets while enjoying

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese is required (reading and writing).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on the phone.
• Detail-oriented with analytical abilities; willingness to learn and develop sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business.
• Engage conversations with small-to-medium-sized business owners by introducing products and services.
• Obtain business information and input lead data into databases.
• Gather credit card processing statements for pricing analysis.
• Follow up with potential clients to explore opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and develop a payment strategy.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
