• Process client applications for credit card processing services.
• Input client information using the company client management system.
• Respond to customer concerns and needs; identify requirements and provide solutions.
• Keep records of client interactions and actions taken.
• Notify clients of inquiries, new regulations, or planned adjustments.
• Serve as liaison between merchants and payment processors to resolve issues.
• Provide technical assistance for terminal hardware-related queries.
• Schedule work to ensure adequate phone coverage and prioritize escalated calls.
• Assist in planning department goals and improving efficiency.
