Universal Processing LLC (uP) is seeking a Client Support professional to work onsite at our Plano, TX office. This role involves processing client applications for credit card services and assisting clients with their concerns. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.

This position offers a monthly salary of $3,150 during the probationary period, increasing to $3,500 upon successful completion. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process client applications for various credit card processing services.
• Listen and respond to customers’ concerns and needs.
• Verify that appropriate changes were made to resolve client problems.
• Keep records of client interactions.
