Responsibilities

• Process client applications for credit card processing services using the company system.
• Listen to customers’ concerns and identify requirements to provide solutions.
• Ensure changes resolve client problems and keep records of interactions.
• Contact clients about inquiries or regulatory updates and coordinate with payment networks to resolve issues.
• Provide technical assistance for terminal hardware and schedule shifts to ensure coverage.
