Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Symitar Episys or NCR ITM is a plus.
• Bi-lingual is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, represents, and welcomes members in a professional, inviting manner.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other ITM transactions accurately.
• Provides one-touch resolution for member inquiries and account maintenance.
• Educates members about ACU’s digital banking technology.
• Manages member traffic at ITMs to ensure smooth service.
