Job summary

Itezz Inc. provides Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for workstations, servers, printers, and conferencing gear. The role includes site surveys, documenting configurations, and developing installation schedules to meet federal requirements.

Qualified candidates must hold TS/SCI with agency polygraph, with a high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of experience (or an associate’s degree with 2 years). U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph.
• High school/GED with 4+ years of experience or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level1 Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, repair and modify end-user devices (PCs, printers, phones, monitors, etc.).
• Perform maintenance and technical support on devices and subsystems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
