Itezz Inc. is seeking a Hardware Technician to deliver Tier 2/3 on-site and remote support for a range of end-user devices and teleconferencing systems at federal sites in Maryland and nationwide.
The role includes site surveys, hardware installation planning, and documenting configurations to support mission-critical operations. Required TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, DoD 8570 IAT Level 1, and a background in AD security; high school diploma with experience or an Associate’s degree qualify.

The Hardware Technician provides Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote supports for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment. Conducts sites surveys; assesses and documents current site configuration and user requirements. Analyzes existing requirements and prepares specifications for hardware acquisitions. Develops hardware installation schedules. Prepares drawings documenting configuration changes at each site. Prepares site installation and test reports. Trains site personnel in proper use of hardware. Builds specialized interconnecting cables.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph).
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 (Annually). Annual Compensation Figures listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; annual hours worked; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location.
