Job summary

Itezz is seeking a Hardware Technician to provide on-site and remote support for workstations, servers, printers, and peripherals. The role includes documenting configurations, installing hardware and software, and coordinating with IT teams on project delivery.

Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience, and 8570 certification. Valid driving ability and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with Agency‑Appropriate Polygraph.
• Requires high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience.
• 8570 certification required; Security+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 on-site and remote support for workstations, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Document configurations, requirements, and installation schedules.
• Build interconnecting cables and support network upgrades.
• Train site personnel on hardware use and maintenance.
• Maintain fiber‑optic modems and related telecom systems.
• Use ticketing systems to track issues and ensure IT service management.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for project outcomes.
