Job summary

Request Technology, LLC is seeking an experienced AV professional to support high‑level events in fast‑paced environments. You will set up and operate extensive conference room technology, troubleshoot live productions, and coordinate with attorneys and conference teams to deliver reliable AV solutions.

The role requires CTS certification and strong knowledge of Cisco codecs, Crestron systems, Q SYS audio, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. Flex hours including occasional weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AV support for conferences or high‑level events.
• CTS certification and hands‑on expertise with Cisco, Crestron and Q SYS audio.
• Strong ability to read AV drawings and troubleshoot in real time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver White Glove Support and respond promptly to technical requests in high‑pressure situations.
• Set up, operate, and monitor conference room technology for meetings and events from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot live event AV productions to ensure uninterrupted experiences.
• Collaborate with attorneys and conference teams to tailor the right technical solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot platforms such as Webex, GoToMeeting, Zoom and Teams.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep equipment inventories up to date.
• Document processes and collaborate with conference technology teams across offices.
• Respond to Service Desk tickets to resolve issues efficiently.
