Job summary

Strativia is seeking a mid-level AV/VTC Specialist to provide hands-on audiovisual and video conferencing support for meetings, conferences, webinars, and daily collaboration within a federal enterprise environment.

You will configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment and VTC endpoints, support live events, monitor quality, and resolve issues across Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Poly RealPresence, delivering reliable services to users.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in AV/VTC environments.
Experience supporting enterprise conferencing platforms.
Experience troubleshooting codecs, cameras, microphones, displays, and switching equipment.
Strong customer-service and technical troubleshooting skills.
AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
Ability to complete and maintain a Public Trust background investigation.

Responsibilities

Configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment and VTC endpoints.
Support live meetings, conferences, webinars, and virtual events.
Monitor audio and video quality during meetings and events.
Resolve connectivity, interoperability, and equipment issues.
Provide onsite and remote AV/VTC support.
Assist with preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and lifecycle support activities.
Support cameras, microphones, displays, codecs, switching equipment, and related conference-room technology.
Work with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Poly RealPresence.
Document maintenance activities, system issues, and performance.
Escalate complex issues when appropriate and support service-level requirements.
