Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in technology support and/or customer service.
• Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to remotely troubleshoot connectivity issues across Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person technical and operational support for videoconference meetings and depositions in office conference rooms.
• Set up, test, monitor, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for smooth depositions and events.
• Prepare, package, ship, receive, and track equipment packs with complete components.
• Answer calls and assist clients, resources, and coworkers with scheduling and technical support.
