The position reports to the IT Manager and follows a 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST schedule, primarily handling conference rooms, video meetings, and related technologies to keep end-users productive and efficient.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computers, peripherals, conferencing tools, cables, displays, audio equipment.
• Strong interest in audiovisual, conferencing, event, or meeting-support technology.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conference rooms and spaces for meetings, presentations, video conferences, and events.
• Provide live support for meetings with attorneys, clients, executives and staff.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Teams Rooms and other approved platforms.
• Document incidents and service requests in ServiceNow with details and outcomes.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff while maintaining communication and ownership.
