Job summary

Google's Large Customer Sales team seeks a senior contributor to accelerate YouTube advertising growth for US-based clients. You will partner with Sales, coach teams, and align cross-functional partners to deliver strategic outcomes across the Google Ads ecosystem.

Applicants will engage with senior management, translate client needs into scalable solutions, and drive cross-team execution for major brands across Search, YouTube, and measurement products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Experience working with digital organizations.
• Experience with video advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to provide YouTube business growth driving support, through deep industry/business knowledge, product expertise and go to market strategy.
• Upskill sales teams on YouTube products, best practices and ways of working with key partner teams aligned with YouTube objectives and key results as well as business forecast metrics.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales and product based on business rationale, advertiser needs and business growth opportunity for the sector.
• Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
• Leverage your skills in business, strategy development, leadership, and product excellence to drive video and demand generation product adoption across the sector.
