Job summary

Google LLC in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Large Customer Sales professional to drive YouTube growth for strategic advertisers. You will partner with Sales teams, bring deep industry knowledge, and tailor go-to-market strategies to deliver measurable business impact.

As part of Google’s LCS, you’ll influence cross-functional teams, empower partners with product expertise, and translate client needs into actionable campaigns across YouTube products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Experience working with digital organizations.
• Experience with video advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to provide YouTube business growth driving support, through deep industry/business knowledge, product expertise and go to market strategy.
• Upskill sales teams on YouTube products, best practices and ways of working with key partner teams aligned with YouTube objectives and key results as well as business forecast metrics.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales and product based on business rationale, advertiser needs and business growth opportunity for the sector.
• Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
• Leverage your skills in business, strategy development, leadership, and product excellence to drive video and demand generation product adoption across the sector.
