Job summary

Tejano Center RESOLVE Program is seeking a Case Worker to provide direct services to victims through case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, referrals and education. You will help clients achieve safety, stability and access to community resources while following grant requirements.

The role requires a background in victim services, trauma-informed care, and strong organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience with victims of crime, abuse, or trauma preferred.
• Experience in case management, crisis intervention, or human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to victims through case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, referrals, and education.
