Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Victim Studies, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with victims of crime, abuse, or trauma preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, referrals, and education for victims of crime and abuse.
• Promote safety, stability, and access to community resources while ensuring grant/program compliance.
• Coordinate with program staff and community partners to support clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality across cases.
