Job summary

Tejano Center seeks a RESOLVE Counselor/Therapist to deliver trauma-informed counseling for crime and abuse victims under the RESOLVE Program. You will perform clinical assessments, create treatment plans, and provide individual, family, group, and crisis counseling while coordinating with partners to support safety and healing.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in a related field; Texas LPC license is preferred/required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field is required.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or other applicable Texas behavioral health license preferred/required per program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed counseling and therapeutic services to victims of crime and abuse.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, group, and crisis counseling.
• Collaborate with community partners to promote client safety, healing, and recovery.
