Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or a related field.
• One to two years of experience in case management, housing services, victim advocacy, or homelessness services preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and housing stability support.
• Develop individualized service plans and coordinate community resources.
• Monitor progress, outcomes, and adapt plans as needed.
• Assist with shelter intake, orientation, and transitions to housing.
• Lead groups and deliver life-skills training to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with grant reporting.
