Tejano Center seeks a RESOLVE Counselor/Therapist to deliver trauma-informed counseling for crime and abuse victims under the RESOLVE Program. You will perform clinical assessments, create treatment plans, and provide individual, family, group, and crisis counseling while coordinating with partners to support safety and healing.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in a related field; Texas LPC license is preferred/required.

The Resolve Counselor/Therapist provides trauma-informed counseling and therapeutic services to victims of crime and abuse through the RESOLVE Program. This position conducts clinical assessments, develops treatment plans, provides individual, family, group, and crisis counseling, and collaborates with community partners to promote client safety, healing, and recovery.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or other applicable Texas behavioral health license preferred/required in accordance with program requirements.
Occasional evening and weekend work as program needs required.
