What You’ll Do

• Execute Strategy: Build and execute a marketing vision that drives awareness, demand, and revenue around the mission and strategy of the company.
• Tell Our Story: Craft compelling brand narratives and thought leadership that resonate across healthcare and tech.
• Launch Products: Partner with Product and Tech to position new features and lead go-to-market strategies.
• Drive Growth: Launch innovative campaigns to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Leverage Data: Use analytics and AI tools across the marketing efforts. We are a small but mightly, technology first organization.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with the Strategy, Product, Health Officer, Sales and Customer Success
• Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and position Kno2 as a category-defining brand.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ in leadership roles
• Experience in tech and high-growth environments, healthcare is NOT required
• Proven success in grassroots and digital marketing
• Excellent communicator and storyteller
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
