Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

Summary:

The Senior Vice President – Marketing will be a key member in driving the processes of aligning the brand's Marketing and communications efforts with the Company’s strategy and implementing strategic and tactical plans to meet the Company’s objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing a go-to-marketing strategy that includes support for current products, worldwide markets, and channels, as well as technology expansions
  • Identify new integrated marketing directions that bring the brand vision
  • Integrate all communication strategies
  • Develop and manage strategic partnership programs as appropriate
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop strategic marketing plans that reflect the Company’s business goals
  • Build and implement a marketing strategy that brings marketing brand influence and messaging consistency into all the Company’s communications inside and outside the organization, including digital and social channels
  • Develop and manage the execution of brand and marketing campaigns, including digital and social media, to reinforce the Company’s dominant position and to introduce innovations into new markets with the most significant possible impact
  • Oversee the development and creative implementation of the Company’s annual marketing budget in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Create an inclusive, dynamic working environment that brings out the best in reporting managers and creates clear paths for staff growth and development
  • Develop internal & executive communications strategies and plans that enhance employee satisfaction and company performance
  • Support the Company’s efforts to gain market share & expand clients aggressively
  • Support investor relations activities
  • Manage media and press relations
  • Driven by the strategic framework, set the marketing plan and priorities to enhance the Company’s brand and messaging, and to position the Company and its offerings effectively
  • Lead an integrated approach to brand messaging and customer experience
  • Effectively support current products/services while helping promote the new solutions that are developed
  • Coordinate internal and external customer and partner events
  • Be proactive, results-oriented and ROI oriented, ensuring that marketing activities drive higher returns
  • Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Willing to challenge standard thinking with new ideas, approaches, and solutions
  • Strong decision-making skills and determination to see projects through to the end
  • Self–directed and able to work independently

Knowledge:

  • College Degree in Management or Marketing
  • Must have at least 15 years of experience in marketing & brand
  • Experience in the Contact Center Industry is an added advantage
