Director / VP of Growth – Content & Influencer Strategy

Remote (US / Canada) | $150K–$325K + Equity

We’re hiring a senior growth leader to build a 0-to-1 content and influencer engine — with full ownership of strategy, execution, and measurable conversion results.

This is not a brand awareness role. We're looking for someone who can turn content and influencer strategies into real customer acquisition, with clear funnel metrics from impressions to installs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and scale a content-led acquisition strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and influencer channels
  • Develop an influencer marketing strategy from the ground up — identifying talent, structuring collaborations, and tracking performance
  • Drive iterative, in-house testing of video and short-form content to optimise engagement and conversion
  • Own and improve key metrics: content impressions → app installs, cost per acquisition, retention
  • Collaborate closely with product, brand, and performance marketing to scale what works

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience building content and influencer engines from scratch — not just managing content calendars or agency relationships
  • Clear examples of content driving user growth with measurable outcomes (e.g., impressions → click-through → installs → retention)
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of performance content and growth strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and influencer campaigns
  • Strong bias toward action, iteration, and learning — with a focus on what converts
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to operate as a builder, not just a manager

We are not looking for candidates with brand-only or agency-only experience.

We are prioritising operators who have led in-house content and influencer growth engines with clear ownership of performance.
