Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President of Content Design in its Consumer Bank Offer Experiences to lead content strategy for inclusive, usable product experiences. You will guide content architecture, messaging, and discovery processes across teams to shape end-to-end offer journeys.

You will champion inclusive language, collaborate with research, analytics, marketing, and design, and explore AI-assisted tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality and oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content design, editing, writing, strategy, process, and architecture for digital products.
• Ability to design effective content architecture to ease navigation in products or sites.
• Strong storytelling to clarify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Extensive experience running workshops for product and experience design.
• Advanced understanding of content platforms and their UX impact.
• Experience crafting content for customer-facing marketing or digital product experiences.
• Ability to use insights, experiments, and data to optimize experiences; strong cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content design strategies for multiple product components.
• Lead discovery workshops with designers to define narrative and content architecture.
• Structure digital content with models and taxonomies to guide users clearly.
• Collaborate across product teams to ensure consistent voice and messaging.
• Champion inclusive language across the customer journey.
• Translate offers and value propositions into clear, persuasive experiences.
• Partner with research, analytics, marketing, product, and design to optimize experiences.
