Chase is seeking an Experience Design Vice President in Rewards to shape user experiences across products and services. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives, mentor designers, and champion inclusive design and accessibility ensuring customer-centric outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into design strategies, and leverage user research insights to inform decisions across multiple platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboarding, wireframes, prototypes).
• Experience with inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to develop transformational innovation strategies and north star representations.
• Technical literacy including APIs and microservices and their impact on UX.

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes for key touchpoints in a domain.
