Chase is seeking a Vice President of Experience Design in Card to shape product experiences across our offerings. Lead strategic design initiatives, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver inclusive, accessible, and high-quality end-to-end journeys compatible with AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboarding, wireframes, prototypes).
• Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, with diverse perspectives.
• Develop experiences that meet or exceed proposals, incl. north star representations for customer-centric decisions.
• Advanced technical literacy with client-side tech, APIs, microservices, and their UX impact.
• Expert-level Figma mastery, design system governance, and AI-assisted builds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs across product areas.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes for end-to-end design initiatives within a domain.
• Drive inclusive design practices and mentor junior designers; foster diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development processes.
• Analyze market trends and user research to inform design decisions across channels.
• Establish end-to-end experience vision, interaction model, and quality standards across journeys.
• Implement modern marketing UX/UI in a multi-brand context with strong sub-brand distinctions.
• Model AI-driven product design workflows.
• Present to executives with narratives, options, and risk mitigations.
• Serve as player-coach leader in multi-pod execution.
