Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Content Design Vice President on the Design System team to develop and execute inclusive, usable product content strategies. You will lead initiatives, collaborate with design, product, technology and risk partners, and translate voice, tone, accessibility, and risk requirements into reusable content patterns for broad adoption.

You will help scale standards across products and support AI-assisted interactions, ensuring consistent, compliant outputs across human and machine

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content design, editing, writing, strategy, process, architecture, and delivering scalable standards for digital products and platforms.
• Expertise in written and verbal storytelling to clarify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Facilitation of workshops for product and experience design to align partners and translate outcomes into durable standards.
• Advanced technical literacy and understanding of content platforms and usability impact.
• Experience working within design systems to develop scalable guidance for components, templates, and tooling.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve velocity and quality of technical documentation.
• Ability to design and operationalize content architecture with reusable models, patterns, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and evolve scalable content design strategies and processes for the design systems and products that use the system.
• Facilitate end-to-end discovery workshops with designers, engineers, and product managers to understand narrative and content architecture requirements.
• Use content models to design, structure, and organize digital content guiding customers through experiences and simplifying complex concepts
• Translate voice and editorial guidance into repeatable rules embedded into workflows, templates, and platforms
• Champion inclusive language for a diverse audience across the customer journey
• Coordinate lifecycle of shared standards so downstream teams adopt changes with minimal disruption
• Define extension approaches that allow domain-specific nuance within shared guardrails for scalable collaboration
