Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational leadership, performance standards, and accountability for Education teams.
• Develop workflows, policies, and systems to improve efficiency and learner experience.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and metrics; drive timely corrective actions.
• Oversee GME financials, budgeting, and program cost centers.
• Coordinate residency recruitment, onboarding, and trainee administration.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and governance policies.
