Responsibilities

• The Director of Business Administration serves as the senior administrative leader for the GME enterprise.
• Leads operational, financial, strategic, and administrative functions for ~105 residency and fellowship programs.
• Oversees ~1050 residents and fellows and multiple affiliated sites.
• Provides guidance to three manager-level reports and ensures fiscal stewardship and continuous improvement.
