• Strategic Leadership: Develops long-range administrative strategy; advises the DIO; evaluates accreditation trends and designs future GME operations.
• Financial Leadership: Oversees complex budgets, forecasting, and reporting; implements robust controls and cost-saving measures.
• Human Resources: Directs staff administration, recruitment, retention, and development for the division.
• Team leadership: Manages a team of professionals and fosters a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
• Strategy execution: Leads implementation of policies, procedures and risk management within GME operations.
