Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four additional years of experience as Residency Coordinator/Manager in lieu of degree.
• Master's degree preferred for advancement.
• Three (3) years of experience in Graduate Medical Education within a residency or fellowship program; two (2) years with Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and reports suspected violations.
• Administers the residency/fellowship program per ACGME accreditation requirements.
• Oversees daily operation and logistics; directs workflow and supervises paperwork and filing systems.
• Provides administrative support to the Program Director and acts as liaison among attending physicians, fellows, residents, and institutional offices.
• Oversees projects to achieve residency/fellowship goals and updates handbook/website.
• Assists in policy creation and accreditation activities; participates in governance committees.
