Job summary
The Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, MI seeks a seasoned leader to manage Graduate Medical Education (GME) operations across the health system. The Manager will coordinate residency and fellowship programs, oversee onboarding, evaluations, and workflow improvements, and collaborate with Program Directors and hospital leadership to ensure a high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Education, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred (MHA/MBA/MPH) or related field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day GME program operations across the health system.
- Coordinate resident and fellow recruitment, onboarding, and graduation processes.
- Supervise GME staff, coordinators, and administrative personnel.
- Develop and improve operational workflows, policies, and standard work processes.
- Coordinate accreditation activities and reporting for GMEC.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive program improvements.
