Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative experience in healthcare or higher education.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with residency management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of graduate medical education and accreditation processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of fellowship programs and support Program Directors.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME, institutional, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate trainee recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, scheduling, and graduation activities.
• Maintain program databases, records, websites, and communications.
• Oversee ERAS, NRMP Match processes, credentialing, licensing, contracts, and visa documents.
• Organize conferences, meetings, and educational events.
• Monitor budgets, process purchases and payments, and assist with financial planning.
• Support accreditation reviews and program quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve as liaison among trainees, faculty, hospital departments, and external partners.
