Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a Program Administrator for the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program at Geisinger Medical Center. You will oversee accreditation, non-clinical operations, and financial management, partnering with the Program Director and leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality residency and fellowship experiences.

You will manage data systems, track evaluations and duty hours, coordinate recruitment, budgeting, and policy updates, and act as a liaison to residents, fellows, and GME

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - (Required)
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years - Relevant experience (Required)
• Certification(s) and License(s):

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to ensure continued program accreditation
• Oversee accreditation, site visit preparation and execution
• Serve as system administrator for residency/fellow data management system
• Create and maintain systems to comply with national accreditation requirements
• Oversee residency/fellow recruitment process and selections
