Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graduate medical education or GME program operations.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online data management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize and track resident recruitment and onboarding activities across GME programs.
• Coordinate evaluations, credentialing, and accreditation documentation.
• Support onboarding/orientation, residency schedules, and faculty/trainee communications.
• Monitor financial transactions related to the GME programs and ensure fiscal stewardship.
• Lead and mentor GME coordinators and participate in GMEC governance and initiatives.
