- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across organizational boundaries.
- Experience applying AI or automation to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional transformation from framing to adoption.
- Translate objectives into executable plans with milestones.
- Mobilize and align business and technology teams around outcomes.
- Coordinate across stakeholders, data, architecture, and governance.
- Drive AI-enabled approaches to accelerate delivery and scale capacity.
- Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
