UKG is seeking a VP of Demo Environments to lead strategy, delivery, and operations for enterprise demo environments across HCM product lines. You will drive architecture, lifecycle management, and automation to showcase product innovations and accelerate revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise SaaS organizations.
• 8 years leading global technical organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR, Payroll, HCM, or Workforce Management software.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling cloud-based platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar operating budgets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the enterprise vision and multi-year roadmap for demo environments across all HCM product lines.
• Define the architecture and lifecycle management of demo environments spanning HR, Payroll, WFM, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Analytics, AI capabilities, and Platform services.
• Lead environment provisioning, data management, refresh automation, configuration management, release readiness, monitoring, performance, and reliability.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align demo environments with product release cycles and new features.
• Enable Sales and Solution Consulting with standardized, high-quality demo experiences for enterprise sales and strategic pursuits.
• Oversee creation of realistic customer personas and industry datasets to showcase measurable outcomes.
• Drive automation, DevOps practices, and data generation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance for demo environments and budget management.
