Job summary

Gong is seeking a Solutions Experience Engineer in the United States to design and automate world-class demo environments that prove business outcomes for buyer personas. You will partner with Product and Engineering to keep sandboxes up-to-date with datasets, uptime, and lifecycle management, delivering high-impact collateral for GTM teams.

You will lead automation initiatives, build pipelines, and automate demos at scale, while tracking adoption metrics and sharing insights with Presales,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Demo Engineering or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS or equivalent.
• Hands-on programming or scripting experience (Python/JavaScript) and building automated tooling.
• Proven ability to solve complex integration challenges and build demo datasets.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue personas.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and executive presence; able to present to senior audiences.
• Adaptable and fast learner in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and document demo solutions and workflows that demonstrate clear business outcomes across buyer personas.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate new feature releases and manage end to end sandbox environments, datasets, uptime, lifecycle.
• Create high-impact technical collateral and reusable demo assets for internal GTM teams.
• Leverage AI tools to build, prototype, and scale internal tooling and demo solutions.
• Build and maintain automated pipelines for provisioning, refreshing, tearing down, and monitoring demo environments.
• Research emerging market trends and automate improvements to demo architecture and data generation.
• Lead demo-based GTM initiatives with timelines, milestones, and risk mitigations.
• Report sandbox adoption metrics and usage trends to field teams and leadership.
• Join select strategic calls for ecosystem partners where demo depth is needed.
• Conduct tailored technical demonstrations to enable GTM teams on new platform functionality.
• Deliver platform demos at high-value events (e.g., Gartner).
