Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington seeks a customer-focused Service Advisor to enhance the guest experience and grow service revenue. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, and present recommended maintenance with clear estimates.

You will build rapport, explain care per manufacturer specs, schedule repairs, and ensure timely completion while upholding CSI goals and company policies. Prior automotive service advisory experience is preferred.
