Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking a Sales Advisor to respond to online vehicle inquiries, guide customers through the initial buying process, and drive sales in a fast-paced dealership setting. The role emphasizes building rapport, presenting pricing, and scheduling appointments while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will engage customers in person and via phone/email, conduct test drives, and assist throughout the buying journey to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or retail is valuable.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and drive referrals.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and pass background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries using phone and email.
• Take customers through the initial buying process to final sale.
• Identify needs, build rapport, and provide pricing information.
• Set and confirm appointments; follow up with customers consistently.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
• Guide customers through the entire buying process from start to finish.
